Remove binaries from Git history #32

There seem to be a few binaries in the Git history that force git to clone 100 MB. This should be cleaned up.

Does not seem to be resolved. Upon a fresh clone of the repo, the git objects are still more than a 100MB:

114M	./.git/objects/pack
