not compatible version for "ax", "botorch" and "gpytorch" if just install ax-platform #143

Following (un)installation fixed the issue:

!pip3 uninstall -y ax-platform
!pip3 install ax-platform==0.1.10

!pip uninstall -y botorch
!pip install botorch==0.2.0

!pip uninstall -y gpytorch
!pip install gpytorch==1.3.0
