Currently there is no feedback indicating the level of progress when pulling entities. This can be especially frustrating when pulling a entity that has a large amount of external data associated with it because there is no progress indication during the transfer of the external data. Therefore it would be nice to show the user a progress bar (or something similar) when transferring external data.
