Remove Infura ID shipped as part of Daemon Binary

It is strongly recommended that the users create their own Infura ID and use this on the Daemon cofig , however most of our users use the default infura Id shipped as part of Daemon Binary, this ticket is to remove the infura ID , thus forcing every one to create their own Infura ID, we will update the README and dev portal as well to reflect this .
We have seen a bunch of infura ID usage issues , and this impacts anyone using the same infura ID even for production setup
