OData Client usage examples

G'day all,

Brand new to the client (And to OData in general!), and was wondering if I'd missed any docco about best practice usage of the client in an app, or a sample application or something?

This popped up when wondering whether to register the Client as a singleton (like HttpClient) or some other lifetime in IoC, but I'm sure I'm going to have more questions as I get into the details of this new app.

Cheers for reading, and it's great to see a group pushing ahead to keep this library viable, there's precious little else out there for a modern codebase! ❤
