[LG WebOS 2.0] truncated phrases in subtitles

Hello,

I have a 47LB630V LG Smart TV. I installed PLAYz Media from the LG Application Store. Everything is OK except subtitles.
For an unknown reason, some subtitles are truncated phrases. Some letters are missing.
I don't his this issue with a web browser on my computer.

What can I do?

It's a known issue with all subtitles than contain special chars "é,á,ç, etc".
A workaround that I use is convert all subs to UTF-8 encoding (notepad++), or switch to another program like PlayX :D.
