Watched/Unwatched problem

When using this application on my tv i noticed that all movies and episodes i watched will not get marked as "watched" in Plex.
There is always about a second or 2 that is "unseen" and so the episode or movie will get labeled "unwatched".

Next to the fact i have to manually mark everything as "watched", else my on deck isn't right. Also my Trakt plugin will not sync the video's as seen.

I also have this same issue. It's quite frustrating and has some knock on glitches.
For the most part, it does get the next episode ready on the deck, but if you manually mark any as watched then it will put the previous episode on the deck and repeat the process until there are no more 99% watched episodes left. It's also problematic with Trakt for me too.
