Cannot publish error page with enable_static_file set to true #32

Publishing an error page with enable_static_file set to true makes a request to the error page with member set to null, per below:

$response = Member::actAs(null, function () {
    $response = Director::test(Director::makeRelative($this->getAbsoluteLiveLink()));
    return $response;
});

This results in SAMLMiddleware redirecting to the identity provider, which causes the publish action to fail.
