ignore _config.php bcc / cc mail settings in Newsletter module #36

It is probably a good idea to ignore the "bcc_all_emails_to" and "cc_all_emails_to" from the _config.php in the Newsletter module.

I had the cc_all_emails_to setting switched on when a client sent a newsletter.. I ended up with a LOT of mails in my mailbox.. ;)
