Unclear headings in cms in subscription page

In CMS it looks like this:

"Send notification email to the subscriber? "
"Message shown on completion"

This makes it look like the message shown on completion is being emailed to the subscriber.

The slideToggle for "Send notification email to the subscriber? " is easily missed and, in my opion, a bit over the top for such a small extra bit (just one field). Removing the slideToggle would make it a lot easier to understand - although I kept wondering what message would be sent to the subscriber if I said yes.
