SubscriptionPage form tab do not work #128

Hello,
For reference, I'm using SilverStripe 4.4.1

In the SubscriptionPage, there is a "Subscription form" tab that should help customizing the form. The backend is acting as expected.

However when publishing the modification, the form doesn't change at all and do not use the settings of the Subscription form tab

Please also note that the label of the submit button is "Action_do subscribe".
