When I create a module (and the text has a footnote), PTXPrint displays the chapter numbers and the footnote. It is easy to remove the chapter numbers from the Body tab (uncheck Chapter Numbers). However footnotes are not so obvious.
When I go to Notes and uncheck the box for footnotes, the footnote no longer shows up at the bottom of the text, but the reference and text are left in the actual text.
The way I see to remove this is to check the include footnotes, but hide the contents of the \f style. This doesn't seem very obvious.
