  1. Network level configuration (config file src/res/chainspec, mainnet, goerli, local) with neccessary values: supported entry points ...
  2. Bundler level configuration (probably as params): bundler beneficiary ...

@Vid201 I am currently hesitant to use the chainspec like akula. Actually, for bundler, I think only chain_id and network_id are needed from the spec perspective. I think if the necessary part is small, we could use simple config (opt only) instead of using both opt and ron config file. What do you think?

Yeah, that's true. No need to use it.
