图片服务器和应用服务器分离的情况下无法在应用服务器上传图片， 如果能支持writer和reader就能利用缓冲区来发送图片

现在云服务厂商都 nas 盘，每台机器挂载一个nas 共享盘就可以了，也欢迎贡献 PR

这个只是一种情况， 图片也有可能是用cdn的，或者应用是运行在k8s的，提供reader能应对更多的情况

我自己有做二次封装支持了reader。。pr的话可能暂时没有时间提。。
