Why google liberation export only part of site?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I fill in the liberation tool as described.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wanted to export whole site but, I got only part of it and work was done.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mac ox 10.10
window 7

When I first used this tool, it worked pretty well. Since last week, however,
