Support for VRC700 (recently migrated from Multimatic / sensoAPP)

• Thanks to signalkraft/myPyllant#50 from https://github.com/krmarien there is now support for the VRC700 controller that recently started to get migrated to the myVAILLANT app
• When the time controlled mode switches off heating, the climate controls now show eco mode and the setback temperature, instead of 0°C and auto mode
• Added setpoint to set holiday service in VRC700 systems
• Fixes an issue with HVAC mode on ventilation entities
