Tab Session Manager supports importing sessions from other extensions.

Session Manager (.session)

Export from other extensions

Session Buddy

Open the Session Buddy page and select Export from the gear icon.
Select JSON from the tab at the top, check Sessions and Windows in Show, and click the Save to File button.

Session Manager

To find the saved session files, select Open Session Folder from the Session Manager menu.

Import

Open the Tab Session Manager settings page, and click Sessions in the sidebar.
Select files from Import Sessions and click Import button.
