Chart colors are different than brand designs

Prerequisites

• I have not leaked any internal/restricted information like screenshots, videos, code snippets, links etc.

What happened?

The chart colors in the library https://ix.siemens.io/docs/theming/colors are different than the chart colors in the designs in figma.

For example the color --theme-chart-17 is #b5bd00 in the library but #AAAA96 in the design file.

This makes it hard for us to implement the designs that include these colors.
