Argocd fail providen persisten volumen claim

hi siamak,

we have problem when argocd try to deploy resources in the demo-dev namespace, we think that the error its related to service account ,argocd-argocd-application-controller, moreover all the Application are in Unknown=CURRENT SYNC STATUS

failed to load initial state of resource PriorityClass.scheduling.k8s.io: priorityclasses.scheduling.k8s.io is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:demo-cicd:argocd-argocd-application-controller" cannot list resource "priorityclasses" in API group "scheduling.k8s.io" at the cluster scope
