CC/BCC Mail - not possible, why?

Hi,
in the Class \Shopware\Core\Framework\Event\EventData\MailRecipientStruct its possible to se BCC/CC but it wont get to the Mailservice, why is that so?

Should be possible by adding these values to the template-data:

recipientsCc
recipientsBcc
