Contact form - page cannot be used without reloading the modal

Description: If you jump to the "General terms and conditions" or "Data protection information" modal over the link in the "Contact form" modal, the background area does not disappear when you close the modal. To continue using the shop, the user must reload the page in the browser.

Environment: 6.4.16.1

Steps to reproduce: Go to your storfront and click on the link "Contact form". Within the contact form, click on "Terms and Conditions" or "Privacy Protection Information". Then close this window again by clicking on the small "X".

Expected result: The modal should close normally and you should be able to continue using the shop directly.

Actual result: The window closes normally, but the page cannot be used without reloading and it is slightly greyed out.
