Add „label“ property to show label above sl-button-group?

Within some forms I prefer sl-button-group over sl-radio-group (primarily because they are horizontally aligned, whereas for radio groups I have to use flexbox to achieve that).

But missing that I can simply add a label above the button group element, just like it's possible on radio groups using: <sl-radio-group label="Group label"…

For now, nothing stops you from replicating the label styles and adding your own. A label for the component proposed in #701 might make sense, though.

Yeah this is what I'm doing. Hence why I came up with the idea to discuss if others might have the same desire.
