Shoemaker is more tested and stable. While I enjoy the elegant, object-based approach to defining custom elements as demonstrated with Sushi Element, I came up with an alternative that makes things much easier (particularly typings) and probably more natural for users. I have a local copy of Shoelace running on Shoemaker and initial tests are very promising. Still working to optimize the build output, but it’s close. I’ll probably decommission Sushi Element and add a note in the readme next week. |

Shoemaker looks interesting, is it intended to ultimately replace Stencil? Suddenly got confused, however, when I saw another work in progress called Sushi-element. https://www.npmjs.com/package/sushi-element
Which is the safe bet Shoemaker or Sushi?
