How Shlink is set-up

Summary

this is the env variable comes with the docker and I set it up correctly as the document instructed;

However, when I go to the instance port, it shows the below message and I couldn't find a document to resolve this problem.

Thank you so much! so if i didn't get it wrong, what I have installed is simply the server but not a web client?

sorry but i still didn't get it...is the "web-client" a admin panel which the "shlink" itself is face to public URL shortener? i am a bit confuse...
