We only have OWNERS, we need a governance across our core repositories with determined periods for the positions.

What we need:

  • A governing body
  • A defined number of people, ideally one additional person outside of the two common vendors
  • governance period for each individual(election day till due date)
  • define roles
  • define responsabilities
  • introduce governance meetings
  • trigger an election
