I'm not sure this is in scope here, but could you post the code for the power analysis in fig 1 of this study? We are considering a similar experiment, and we need to estimate cell numbers.
Alternatively, could you just say how many different enhancers were perturbed in your power analysis? For example, with 45k cells and an MOI of 5, you have an effective number of cells that is roughly 45k * 5. Assuming perfect library uniformity, for each enhancer you'll have 45k * 5 / G cells, where G is the number we need.
