Files missing in the Download links (Request for processed data)

Dear authors,

Thank you for the outstanding work. I am trying to replicate the analysis and I wanted to compare the data I obtained with the processed files provided (were provided initially) at https://krishna.gs.washington.edu/content/members/cusanovich/fly_embryogenesis/updated_data/
Most of the folders are empty or maybe it isn't accessible to everyone. I was wondering if it's possible to get access to those files by any chance?

Gunjan - Thanks for the note. Apologies for all the empty folders. We've cleaned those up. All of the data associated with the vignettes from the atlas website should be available here: https://krishna.gs.washington.edu/content/members/cusanovich/fly_embryogenesis/updated_data/vignette/. We also have some data available on GEO (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE101581). Is there a particular data format you're looking for?

Hi Darren,

Thanks for your reply. I was particularly looking for bam files for different time points if that's possible? I think they were previously uploaded.
The GEO contains raw data, I was wondering if processed bam files could be made available?
