(Fork) Initial Release

• Modernized the entire codebase to work properly with python 3.9.x and onwards
• HTTP/2 queries now use httpx instead of the deprecated hyper
• Cleaned up test code (removed vcr) and verified tests against actual kSQL DB instance
• Verified behavior against latest kSQL DB version 0.29.0
