ARM64 + macOS support

Hello warmly. At the outset I must say that I am very impressed with your work. I would like to know if there is a possibility in the future to release this emulator in the Windows ARM64 variant, and what I am most interested in macOS ARM64.

It already works on modern MacOS, at least Apple Silicon.
Though it uses Rosetta 2 under the hood (so it's a x86_64 binary technically)

From the readme: "macOS users need at least macOS 15 on Apple Silicon-based Mac devices and at least macOS 14 on Intel-based Mac devices."

They will make a JIT to get better perf on Apple Silicon, soon™️
This JIT should help Windows for ARM too, probably (Altough I have no idea how gpu drivers would handle ShadPS4 there)
