I have the same problem, first I created a character, reached the hunter’s dream, after changing the location the game constantly crashes, it doesn’t even allow me to create a character again.

OutOfDeviceMemory means you are running out of VRAM on your GPU.

You probably have less than 8GB of VRAM, which is required to run most areas in Bloodborne right now.

You have 3 possible solutions:

• Use a lower resolution patch to slightly reduce VRAM usage (720p or even lower)
• Buy a new GPU with more VRAM (preferably nvidia)
• Wait for ShadPS4 to improve its texture cache algorithm and general memory allocation logic
