Currently I'll go ahead and implement one milestone:
Scaffolding; The initial planning and tooling to get the subproject off the ground.
But I'd like to give some thought to the next stages as well, some thoughts I have:
POC; To have a structure and working wizard with just barely above lorem ipsum grade content and output documents. Focussing on early UI and technology we can use as a base.
MVP; After POC, find the easiest to implement themes we can create context and output documents for. Focussing on making the first actually useful version.
Next release (repeating); Once the MVP is done, repeatedly select subjects we're ready to implement for a next release. Focussing on expanding into new themes and updating existing ones to reflect ongoing SFOSC discussion.
In parallel there should be ongoing exploration and refinement of themes to get those to a "ready to use for the next release" state. Perhaps for this we should have a repeating: Next themes?
