在发言记录界面加两个选项导入导出发言记录。
用 FastJson 导出 ACRecordRaw 即可？

有必要吗？如果需要备份数据，用钛备份之类的就行了吧。

要装个别的软件，况且读取其他 App 的数据要 root 吧。
本来也有保存饼干的功能嘛，不如送佛送到西(=ﾟωﾟ)=

Edit: 我是想在写之前讨论潜在问题以及完善构思，允许的话 PR 夜露死苦啦。

直接把数据库复制出来就行了吧，导入的时候还要读取的。

是说把整个数据库备份下来？大致实现？
