Next breaking semver?

There are a few things that would require breaking semver, I think:

• bitflags update (@daxpedda) (Update bitflags to 2.2.1 #631)
• uuid update (me from 2018) (Update uuid dep to 1.x #228)
• objc / objc2 changes (@madsmtm) (Replace objc with objc2? #513) (Use objc2 more idiomatically #514) (Replace objc with objc2 #628)
• Dropping usage of foreign-types (@jrmuizel) (Drop foreign-types usage from core-graphics crate #604)

Are there others pending? It seems like there are probably some others in various open issues and PRs.

And on the same note, is there a set of changes that we should look to land and release prior to the semver, like perhaps the Ventura fixes from the Warp folks (#517)?
