It seems that the current servertap version is not compatible with version 1.18.2 of Arclight.

For some reason, when the plugin is used on arclight-1.18.2-1.0.8, which I am using, once I connect to it with nonebot, then the corresponding arclight backend will send messages in the server backend non-stop at a frequency of a dozen messages a second. After that the arclight server will think it is stuck and then automatically shut down the server.
