Currently, when using Chatwoot, there is a lack of robust project management and scheduling capabilities integrated directly within the platform. Support teams managing multiple interactions and parallel commitments often need to rely on external tools for organizing tasks and scheduling, which can lead to inefficiencies and fragmented workflows.

I propose the integration of Plane (https://plane.so/) into Chatwoot to enhance project management and scheduling functionalities. This integration would allow agents to:

Seamlessly Link Conversations to Plane Tasks: Automatically create and associate Plane tasks with specific customer conversations in Chatwoot.
Real-Time Synchronization: Ensure that updates in Plane (such as task status changes, deadlines, and comments) are reflected in Chatwoot and vice versa.
Unified Dashboard: Provide a consolidated view within Chatwoot where agents can manage their Plane tasks without switching platforms.
Automated Reminders and Notifications: Leverage Plane’s scheduling features to set reminders and deadlines directly from Chatwoot, with notifications appearing in both platforms.
Enhanced Collaboration: Utilize Plane’s project management tools to assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress related to customer support activities within Chatwoot.

I have explored external project management solutions like Trello, Asana, and Google Calendar, but integrating Plane offers a more streamlined and cohesive experience. That's brillant!

Earlier today I was thinking in posting an issue here to talk about communication on the development process because I feel sometimes we lose Nestor or we don't know when changes are going to be published on a new docker image for people to use it.

I know we could simply download the code, create or own image and upload for our use but it would only create one more copy of it and community development just get harder to implement.

I would love to continue helping with some bug fixes and/or features with this project but we definitely need more options to keep up with what's going on at the moment.
