"Manage participating conversations" show all conversations

Describe the bug

By assigning the permission “Manage participating conversations and those assigned to them””, the “All” tab will show all conversations, even those in which the agent is not a participant.

To Reproduce

1. Create a custom role assigning the permission “Manage participating conversations and those assigned to them”
2. Assign this custom role to an agent
3. Access the dashboard as that agent
4. Access the “All” tab
5. All conversations will be there, even those assigned to other agents in which this agent is not participating.

Expected behavior

The "all" tab should show conversations assigned to the agent and conversations that the agent is participating in. Unassigned conversations and those assigned to other agents that this agent is not participating in should not appear.
