I think this is not chatwoot, but the whatsapp API that you're using. I had a similar error using EvolutionAPI with chatwoot, but with UnoAPI this doesn't happen: #84 |

Describe the bug
I had this problem when they sent me the following email [email protected] and I received the following in my inbox: [email protected]
To Reproduce
Send a message from a contact that has a double underscore, for example [email protected], and you will see that it will arrive in the chatwoot inbox as [email protected]
