Add templates and hook so that integrators can customize front-end to their needs

Hello,
It would be nice to have front-end templates use actual wordpress templates, or at least provide hooks so that site integrators could have a grip on the confirmation page webdesign and other frontend elements.
I would probably have suggested a patch for this if the plugin was up-to-date.
