All tasks stuck running forever and don't get far. Pointers on troubleshooting?

I tried starting tasks with the debug checkbox --vvvv but even with that I only see what I have included in the screenshot. Where do I begin for more logs, details, or debugging? Is there a way to do this via cli instead of Web UI?

This happens even if I try a simple playbook that has no tasks that require sudo/become against the semaphore localhost as the semaphore user. My setup was a manual semaphore install on Ubuntu 24.04. No snaps or docker things happening here. Version: 2.10.11-d31ebd3-1719394739

I should add this is a new setup and no tasks in this setup have progressed further than what is pictured.
