Confusing readme

Thank you for this open source and beautiful tool.
The read me is a bit confusing for me.
As I understand:
-Deselect are green (I believe you accidentally say red here)
-Select are read
-When on select mode it will pick the closet annotation in the 6 pixel radius.
Am I right?
Also delete button is not working. Am not sure if it is just MacOS problem. (It actually work if hold fn + delete)
