Can't start last version of WTManager after install #29

Hi,

I just downloaded the latest build of WTManager (0.2.6448.17229) and installed it without problems, but I'm getting error when program is starting.
Attached is error message - it's in Polish, but maybe you will find it useful.

EDIT: The build 0.2.6445.25677 is working without problems.
