Hello, Thank you for this plugin! SAMJ-IJ is proving to be a very useful tool for annotating a diversity of microscopy image data I have.
Perhaps my suggestion is something already planned for an upcoming update, but a little more functionality for working with folders of image data could be very helpful.
While I can directly load in multiple images to IJ and select each from the SAMJ Annotator dropdown, a more convenient option could be to allow for the selection of a data folder(s) and to then perhaps have a simple "Open Next Image" button to more directly/efficiently process each image. (Perhaps this might also result in having to press the Go! button only once, rather than for each image?)
Additionally, the Export as Label button is nice. Could the functionality of this button or an additional button be made to also automatically save the label image? Perhaps a step prior to enabling the Export as Label button could be the selection of a destination folder for saving label images.
Thank you!
