int8 量化结果不正确 #1

感谢作者的分享，我这边使用int8做量化的时候，全程没有报错，但是检不出一个目标框，fp16是没问题的，不知道作者有没有遇到过这个问题。
我的环境是 TensorRT-7.0.0.11，cuda10.0 显卡：2080 ubuntu：18.04
