Teniendo el rol bibliotecario debe permitir agregar usuarios para su institucion.

@Enzogolfetto hoy en dia existen bibliotecarios? que manejan pedidos y usuarios de la institucion???

Hola, hasta donde sé es un rol que no se usa. Si bien son bibliotecarios los que atienden la plataforma, lo hacen desde el rol de gestor de institución.
