Arrows for increasing / decreasing values in survey aren't visible

In group responses to demographic questions, we used to have an arrow for increasing / decreasing values. Those have disappeared so you need to directly enter values with the keyboard. This appears to be happening in all surveys but this is the one I'm working on: https://www.seasketch.org/fire/surveys/454/0/practice
