Not sure if this is related to #762, but I'm not getting the same error so I'm making a separate issue.

When trying to upload the attached raster the job hangs on "processing" and then ultimately timesout. The attached example is in 3857 but I got the same result with 4326. It loads fine in QGIS and R.
