To facilitate the use of different SEAPATH features, use the multiconfig Yocto mechanism:
https://docs.yoctoproject.org/dev/dev-manual/building.html#building-images-for-multiple-targets-using-multiple-configurations

The multiconfig can also be used to replace seapath.conf or to build multiple images with one bitbake call.
