Currently the Cells tab is only updated while open. It should connect to the database somehow (with LiveData/ViewModel) to show recently discovered cells. Ideally, we'd also be able to select one and see all of the System Information parameters, a list of IMSIs/TMSIs paged, traffic stats, etc.
