Gazebo classic is going end of life at some point (2025?)

There seems to be a branch of the TurtleBot3 simulation that does support the new Gazebo here: ROBOTIS-GIT/turtlebot3_simulations#180

Creating this issue to keep track of this.

On second thought, it might be better to switch to the TurtleBot 4 repos that are now available and fully support Gz Sim.

At that point, might be best to make a completely new repo around that.
