In the Pull Request I just opened (#25) I added VDLM2DEC_COMMAND_EXTRA to the container. You will be able to pass in your SBS command to vdlm2dec. Something like

- VDLM2DEC_COMMAND_EXTRA=-s ip:port

If you want to give it a test now to make sure it works it's available under the test tag.

Also, sorry it took four months to get around to this.
